Position Overview:
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are seeking a Part-Time Account Associate to provide administrative, customer service, and scheduling support in a fast-paced insurance agency environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with agency leadership to help manage calendars, coordinate appointments, handle customer communications, and assist with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the Agent
- Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-up activities
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members
- Draft, organize, and manage emails and correspondence
- Assist with administrative projects and special assignments
- Support office operations and contribute to a positive customer experience
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other common business software

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
